On Saturday, Texas had a standout win over West Virginia. Max Abmas and Dylan Disu were the stars of the game, each putting in impressive performances.
Abmas, a graduate transfer from Oral Roberts, scored 27 points and moved past Oscar Robertson on the all-time scoring list with his third 3-pointer of the game. This put him in 12th all-time in NCAA history with 2,987 career points. He is now just 13 points away from reaching the 3,000-point career mark, a feat accomplished by only 11 other players. In addition to his scoring prowess, Abmas also dished out nine assists and grabbed six rebounds.
