Clemson’s Hall scores 25 points leading team to 90-75 victory against SU

On Tuesday night, Clemson emerged victorious over Syracuse with a final score of 90-75. PJ Hall led the way for the Tigers by scoring 25 points, while Ian Schieffelin had a standout performance with 16 points and 16 rebounds, shooting an impressive 5 for 5 from the field.

This win marked Clemson’s second victory over Syracuse this season, having previously defeated them on February 10th. Joe Girard III and Chase Hunter also contributed to Clemson’s success by scoring 21 and 17 points respectively, while Judah Mintz led Syracuse with 20 points, supported by Quadir Copeland with 17 points and Maliq Brown with a double-digit effort of 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Despite briefly getting within five points in the second half, Syracuse was unable to overcome Clemson’s lead, allowing the Tigers to secure the win. Throughout the game, Syracuse struggled to keep up with Clemson’s pace and consistency, as the Tigers maintained a double-digit advantage for most of the match.

With this victory, Clemson improved their overall record against Syracuse to 10-6, including an impressive record of 6-1 at home. Looking ahead, both teams will now turn their attention to postseason play: Syracuse will compete in the ACC Tournament, while Clemson will close out their regular season against Wake Forest on Saturday.
