Exploring the Opportunities at Pioneer Career and Technology Center’s Second-Look Open House for Area Sophomores

On Thursday, the Pioneer Career and Technology Center is hosting a second-look open house from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Kehoe Center in Shelby. This event is specifically for area sophomores who are interested in learning more about the College-NOW Business and College-NOW Engineering programs. In addition, Pioneer Performing Arts will be showcasing its offerings at Theatre 166 in downtown Mansfield, while all other programs will be featured at Pioneer’s main campus in Shelby.

Pioneer offers numerous College Credit Plus classes, allowing students to graduate with additional college credits. These classes are designed to provide hands-on educational experiences that help students earn industry certifications. Additionally, students have the opportunity to participate in clubs, activities, and sports at their home schools, while also engaging in activities and clubs at Pioneer. The school offers organizations such as Health Occupations Students of America, Student Council, National Technical Honor Society, Business Professionals of America, Future Farmers of America, and SkillsUSA.
