Important Notice: Scheduled Network Downtime on Sunday, March 10th

On Sunday, March 10 at 7PM, MTD’s Technology Services team will be conducting a network upgrade at all MTD facilities. This upgrade will result in a temporary network outage that is expected to last throughout Sunday night and continue into the morning of Monday, March 11. Network services are anticipated to be fully restored by 5AM on Monday, March 11, in time for the start of the service day.

During the outage window, certain MTD services will be unavailable. This includes access to the MTD website, mtd.org, real-time departure information, and the offline status of Passenger Information Kiosks. For trip planning assistance or any other inquiries, please contact MTD at 217.384.8188 or refer to an updated Maps & Schedules book. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
