Noor Al-Sulaiti appointed as head of Google Cloud’s cybersecurity business development in META region

In her new role at Google, Al-Sulaiti will be overseeing the company’s security expansion in the META regions, emphasizing the increasing importance of cybersecurity to Google. She will be working to establish strategic partnerships with the public sector to utilize Google Cloud’s cybersecurity solutions, including Cybershield.

Al-Sulaiti expressed her excitement about joining Google Cloud, a company that has been a source of inspiration throughout her career. With previous experience as the CEO of Ooredoo Oman, Al-Sulaiti made history as the youngest and first female CEO in the company’s history. Before that, she held leadership positions at Starlink, a retail chain and IT service provider in Qatar, as well as Phone and FASTtelco in Kuwait. Al-Sulaiti’s achievements have been recognized by Forbes Middle East and other publications, positioning her as a powerful business leader in the industry.
