Experience the joy of being around North American river otters, Peach and Toosie, at MODS. The signature Breakfast with Our Otters event on April 13 at 9 a.m. allows guests to mingle with the playful otter duo along with the Life Sciences team. The event includes a delicious breakfast spread, an otter talk, a training session, enrichment activities, and a special appearance by Joey, the Museum’s otter mascot. Children can also explore the ocean wonders in MODS’ latest exhibit, Voyage to the Deep – Underwater Adventures, on display until May 19. Dive into an interactive underwater exploration journey on the legendary Nautilus submarine with Captain Nemo in this exhibition created by the Australian National Maritime Museum and managed by Flying Fish.

MODS is South Florida’s award-winning attraction with 150,000 square feet of dynamic science exhibits, an outdoor science park, a live animal collection, science shows, learning labs, cafe, store, and a grand atrium featuring the Great Gravity Clock, the largest clock in Florida. This clock has been the showpiece of the museum since 1993 and is one of only three in the world. The Breakfast with Our Otters program also includes Museum admission, an IMAX® documentary, and an original otter painting. Cameras are welcome for this event, which costs $75 per person and requires pre-registration at mods.org/otterbreakfast. For more information, visit mods.org or call (954) 467-MODS (6637). Stay updated on social media by following MODS on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
