Frank Reich, the head coach of the Carolina Panthers, announced on Monday that no major changes are planned for Week 12 despite his decision to resume offensive play-calling duties on Sunday not resulting in an improved outcome. At a press conference, Reich emphasized that the coaching staff will remain unchanged and dismissed any possibility of replacing first overall pick Bryce Young with veteran quarterback Andy Dalton.

According to Darin Gantt of the team’s website, Reich stated that there is “no consideration of that” when asked about replacing Young with Dalton. Although he mentioned potential discussions about changes to the lineup, it remains difficult to feel optimistic about the prospects of finding better solutions for the Panthers as they prepare to face the Titans for their second win of the season.

The decision not to make drastic alterations in personnel or strategies may disappoint fans who are hoping for a turnaround in the team’s performance. With mounting pressure to deliver wins, it remains uncertain if the Panthers can turn their season around without making substantial changes.
