Chessie Mooney has been appointed as the vice president of business development at Parkridge Health System. She will work alongside other members of the administrative team to implement strategic initiatives across various platforms and disciplines. With TriStar Health being a division of HCA Healthcare, Parkridge Health System is an integral part of this broader healthcare system. Mooney’s new role will be pivotal in expanding the organization’s presence in the community, and she brings extensive experience from her four and a half years at the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, where she worked with stakeholders across both the public and private sectors. Her expertise in implementing health care initiatives, combined with her existing relationships, will enable her to develop strategies to improve the health care environment in the region.
In addition to Mooney’s appointment, several new position activities have been announced by the Greater Chattanooga Business Association throughout the region. Franklin has been promoted to vice president of operations for Parkridge Specialty Services, while Lincoln has been named assistant vice president and director of professional relations at Parkridge Medical Center. Kent says these promotions reflect “our talent pool and development programs we have in place across Parkridge and TriStar.” These are crucial positions with critical responsibilities for continued growth in our community-focused healthcare system.”
