These accolades place them among the top 15% of senior care providers in the nation based on survey results collected from family members, residents, and tenants. The Pinnacle survey assessed satisfaction across various service aspects, including dining service, individual needs, cleanliness, and more.
SMP Health – Ave Maria offers both skilled nursing and assisted living services. They received one award for each facility, marking the second time they have received recognition through Pinnacle Quality Insight. This quality assurance company surveys residents, family members, and employees on a monthly basis to evaluate care providers’ performance.
Pinnacle recognized SMP Health – Ave Maria’s assisted living facility as being in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. They were commended for achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction standards in areas such as dining service, dignity and respect, and recommendations from others. Similarly, the skilled nursing facility also scored high in the top 15% of the nation over a yearly average. The nursing home excelled in various service areas including overall satisfaction levels and cleanliness standards.
